Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Piped.email (the "Service"), operated by Piped.email ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

Piped.email provides forwarding addresses ("aliases") that relay email to inboxes you have verified, and, on paid plans, lets you reply through those aliases and receive mail on domains you control. We do not provide a mailbox or webmail, and we do not keep copies of your messages after delivery.

2. Your account

  • You must provide an email address you control and keep your password secure.
  • You may only add destination inboxes and domains that you own or are authorised to use.
  • You're responsible for activity on your account and your aliases.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • send spam, bulk or unsolicited messages, or phishing;
  • impersonate others, or evade bans, blocks or legal process;
  • distribute malware or content that is illegal where you or the recipient are;
  • harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
  • interfere with the Service's operation or reputation, including our sending domains.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, harm deliverability for other users, or create legal risk. Where practical we'll tell you why.

4. Plans, billing and limits

  • Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly or yearly in advance through PayPal.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We don't offer partial refunds unless required by law.
  • Each plan has limits on aliases, inboxes, domains, forwarded messages and replies per day. Mail over a daily forwarding limit is held and delivered after the limit resets. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
  • On downgrade, existing aliases keep forwarding. Custom domains above the new limit keep working for a 14-day grace period and are then paused.

5. Aliases and transfers

Alias addresses on shared domains are never reissued once deleted. You may transfer an alias on a shared domain to another user; once accepted, it belongs to them. Aliases on your own domain can't be transferred.

6. Availability

We work hard to forward mail quickly and reliably, but email depends on other providers and we can't guarantee delivery of every message. Mail sent to a disabled alias, from a blocked sender, or that fails the sender's authentication policy is dropped and can't be recovered. Messages over the size limit are refused.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost or delayed email. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll email your account address before they take effect.
